Shipping and Collections

We make every effort to Ship Orders as soon as feasible. All goods are generally sent within one working day of placing your order.

When an order is dispatched, it may take 1-5 working days to arrive. Orders are not usually shipped the same day they are placed.

Collection Storage

When you choose to pick your purchase from Centurion collections are free. When your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you through email or WhatApps.

Returning of Items

Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition, with all tamper resistant seals and packing. Items must be returned within seven days of receipt.

All personal care goods may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase if they are in their original packaging, unused, and re-saleable.

Price stickers and labels may not be removed.

Any personal care product that fails to satisfy the client’s expectations for whatever reason may be returned to the supplier.

Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not returnable.

Brushes cannot be refunded or replaced for hygienic concerns unless they are faulty.

Until we receive and sign for the products, they are your responsibility. All returned items will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
